"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and paid all fees associated with my reservation before arrival. Check-in was smooth, but at check-out I was unexpectedly charged an additional $200 fee for “using the pool and hotel amenities”.
This charge was not related to any damages or misuse of the property. My concern is that these fees were never clearly disclosed beforehand. If I already paid all reservation fees, why am I being charged extra for basic hotel amenities?
I believe guests should be informed of all mandatory charges before booking. Being surprised with a $200 fee at check-out was very disappointing and felt misleading."
