"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is in an excellent location and superbly clean and comfortable. We had an upgrade due to our room not being ready which had a great view. I will stay here again and Oxford has a great shopping area too as well as beautiful buildings to explore "

"Lovely grounds and area. The room was of good size and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, it had been a hot day and we didn't check in until late. We found the room boiling hot as no windows were opened. There was a fan in the room which made a incredibly loud racket and the doors to the balcony wouldn't open. We slept not well as a result of how hot it was. I'm sure our experience was a one-off but my feedback was brushed aside at check out. "
