"I have to let you know that Emily at your front desk was amazing. One night I ordered DoorDash and the Dasher left my food on the floor!! Awful. She quickly scooped it up before I came down to the front desk and placed it on the front desk counter, letting me know where it was so I could file a complaint with DoorDash. I did have a small problem in my room. I kept finding dry spaghetti pieces in the bed. I know it sounds crazy, but I brought them down to the front desk. She was very, very helpful and was able to comp my stay due to the spaghetti in my bed. Then she helped me print something out that I needed for work. She was just wonderful the whole time."
