“Disappointed”

Disappointed by a number of factors. Information supplied by hotel indicated there were a number of places in the vicinity of the hotel for food - one pizza place and a hotel bistro was all. We chose the facility because they had a HOT spa. When we felt the water in it it was cold. Asked the reception about it and they said "the night staff must have forgot to turn it on. I'll get maintenance to turn it on." Two hours later it was still cold and again four hours later the same. We gave up. Cable TV consisted of one movie station and three sports stations. A couple of more movie stations would have been better. Wifi was an expensive charge when in many places it is free. The water pressure was extremely poor. Considering the cost of the hotel a lot more could be done. We would not consider going back as it overpriced for what is provided.

“Will stay again”

This hotel is very convenient close to shops and resturant would recommend Newport Mirage. We booked the room with the spa and enjoyed it, views a great also right on the water.

“Be better if the door locked”

When we got to our room, the door was out of alignment and would not lock. On examination it had obviously been that way for ages. They eventually gave us a different room after telling us none were available. The parking is dreadfull. It wass also very noisy due to a wedding
