“Can recommend without hesitation”
All staff were first class from the friendly and helpful doormen to the reception and concierge staff and those in the restaurant and serving in-room dining
“First class hotel, great rate, small friendly 5 star”
Very high level of comfort and service. I checked in early, no problem. I changed the room, no problem (wanted a view). I extended my stay and got the expedia rate, no problem. Conceirge great. Location means you can walk everywhere. Great rooms, now FREE INTERNET (wifi and fixed) which wasn't advertised. In the end was paying a great rate for a first class hotel which is small and friendly enough not to feel like you're in an airport. Little things like came back from jogging on a hot morning and given a towel and bottle of water by the bell man.

“Fabulous hotel in Sydney centre”
Having stayed in a number of hotels in the CBD this has been my best yet. Room was spacious, furnishings pleasing and immaculately clean. It also had one of the nicest bathrooms I have ever come across in a hotel. The mini bar was extremely reasonable compared to other hotels of the same standard in the vacinity. There are a number of cafes and restaurants close by and the hotel is a short walk to Circular quay, the rocks, shopping centres and Darling Harbour. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, efficient and happy to offer assistance in any way they could.

The hotel was right in the centre of Sydney, and very near to the opera house.

If its good enough for the South African test squad - it was good enough for me! Great service, 5 min walk to circular quay - recommended.

Comfortable hotel with pleasant staff centrally located for all major areas within walking distance, down hill to the harbour well within most peoples capability. Food in resturant good on the upper end of costs that are normal in Sydney.

Radisson Plaza Sydney was excellent. Situated midway between downtown and Circular Key its location was good and the hotel staff excellent.
