"This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. Could use some labels on the plug sockets but that could just be my OCD ways. Really unique and fairly priced stay, im sure we will be back again maybe to try another part of the site. "My family and I have a lovely week long stay at Sandy Shores. The apartment was spacious and any problems we had were sorted very quickly by the management team. The beach was nice and close and Old Hunstanton is a beautiful village with a close bus and friendly bus driver to get to new Hunstanton with the funfair and Sealife Centre. It was my first time in Norfolk and I hope to return soon."

"Stayed for 5 nights Place was very nice clean, bed was a little uncomfortable very thin mattress and booking suggested queen bed but it was a double. Very limited on takeaway places for delivery if you wanted a night in. But otherwise a very nice place to stay. "

After ringing the owner we were offered hotel accommodation a 20 min drive from hunstanton for our first night, which short of driving the 2 hours back home to Leicester we accepted. This then incurred extra expense as we had to eat in the restaurant as obviously there were no facilities for cooking. "Disappointed with cleanliness and facilities at the flat, only one dinner plate and cereal bowl, no baking trays for oven. Lots of dust on lights and fittings. Fridge door blocked with ice so wouldn’t shut, I fixed that myself. On the positive side the TV wasn’t working and a very helpful person came and fixed it very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE."

"The hallway stinks and comes into your room. No running hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink. Heating is on a timer unable to adjust so freezing. Stains all over the blinds. Sofa bed wasn’t mate up. Views of a brick wall out your window. Save your money book elsewhere."

"Absolutely beautiful cottage. Perfect placement for a Norfolk beach break away. Very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property ! Loved the bathroom ! Bed was very comfortable ! "Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
