"Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself."

"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. "We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"Interestingly Rashliegh drive takes after the original owner of Duporth which is now an aesthetically pleasing development of a new village. No 10 was situated on the 1st floor with all mod con's included and a lovely sea view aspect and balconies to sit out and enjoy a coffee and the ambiance. We totally. The enjoyed our stay including the nice touch of powerful binoculars and will be pleased to stay again when next down in St Austell."

If you struggle with the hills walking back the taxi fair was £3.60 which i thought was well worth it because i do struggle with hills. I know they have a washer but not sure if it drys aswel. "This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"

"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
