"My flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, any longer would have meant I would miss the last train from paddington to London, I called the reception and was put at ease by the person, I think it was Nick, reassured me there would be someone available to book me in. As promised, was met at reception, quick and easy check in, comfortable bed, it was a great night's sleep."

"Perfect for my visit to Reading. Five minutes walks form the station and close to shops and local sites. Delightful friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Clean. comfortable spacious room and pleasant lounge area. Very good breakfast in bright, pleasant dinging room. The bedroom area was quiet and peaceful and I felt safe and secure in the hotel. Thank you."

"The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. We couple have to thank to the great service of Ollie, who had solved the problems promptly and patiently with us. It is of a very great value, with plenty of parking areas. It is very convenient to travel to city center, with choices of buses nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here. Must come again to this hotel if visiting Reading again. "

"Had a great stay once again, food was good, staff were very helpful. Would be ideal if they had a small fridge in the room as we were there a couple of nights but it wasnt a show stopper. Some lovely parks nearby for walks."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

"Absolutely amazing place. Gym,Pool, sauna jacuzzi hotel all under one roof. Plus a Starbucks! And a lovely resteraunt. Other than slight issue with the coffee machine for the morning breakfast, everything was lovely "
