"We checked in for one night, arriving after midnight on a late flight. I contacted the hotel a couple of days before to advise them and they sent me a video showing how to do self check-in. All went really smoothly. The family room was massive, comprising two large rooms and an en suite. We had the whole downstairs and courtyard to ourselves.
