“Fine place for a stopover”

We stayed here for a night on the way from Lake Garda to the airport and Seville. The hotel is extremely well signposted as you drive into Bergamot which is a life saver. I can't honestly say we were in the hotel for very long - arrived early evening and immediately drove up to the old town for a look around. By the time we came back it was pouring with rain so we opted to eat dinner in the hotel - the food was excellent. Nothing really to say about the neighbourhood as we didn't spend any time there and left at 6am the next morning to get to the airport, but the room was clean and the bathroom was very nice. Absolutely no issues with it as a city hotel and would probaby stay here again in similar circumstances.

“Wow! What a great hotel!”

This hotel will beat any 4 star hotels in Milan. I really don’t know why this establishment has only a 3 star rating, but personally I feel it is a definitely 4+ star quality. Where to begin? The hotel location is a short 10 minute walk from the Bergamo train station. It is very well located for convenience of shopping, transportation, and restaurants. Unlike 99.9% of hotels in Italy, everyone at the hotel is very friendly and willing to help for any issues you may have. Including the breakfast attendants and bartenders are all very friendly and professional. Did I mention they actually greet you with a smile? The management at this hotel definitely will get 5 stars for service. The room is fantastic! Quite large for Italian standard. The duvet cover was very welcoming and comfortable. My room seemed very well kept and clean. Bathroom was equally impressive with many, many amenities that one can imagine. Once again, even the 4 star hotels do not offer such wide range of amenities. Everything worked as expected. Another surprise was aside from the standard safe, the hotel also offer a separate drawer with a key. I could easily fit my laptop and iPad in it when I leave my room. Breakfast was good as well. The offer many cold meat and wide variety of bread to choose from. Upon leaving the hotel, the bus stop is just around the corner from the hotel to take me to the airport.

Very satisfied with the service and quality of the hotel. Short walk from the station, the funicular to take you to the old town and the bus stop for the airport bus. The hotel has it's own restaurant which we found of good quality.

“Central hotel ideally situated”

Very nice hotel close to rail and bus stations, airport bus stop just round the corner. If you are looking for a convenient hotel in Bergamo within walking distance of funicular up ot Cita Alta this is ideal.

“Would go back”

The hotel was clean with a large bedroom and modern bathroom with excellent power shower! Breakfast was basic but adequate with a choice of hams and cheese, cereals and croissants. The hotel is well positioned for the train station and main shopping area with lots of bars and restaurants. Its only 2min walk to the bus stop which takes you up to the "old town".

“Bergamo's Best Located Hotel”

I would most definitely recommend the Arli Hotel. We liked it so much that we went back the following week and stayed there again on our flight out of Bergamo! The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and well informed. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and their restaurant is very good too! I only wish I'd had time to use the spa! It is centrally located and in a wonderful neighborhood and just a short walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the funicular to reach old town. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip back to Italy!

“Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum (nicht in der Altstadt "citta alto")”

Das Hotel ist überschaubar und von außen eher unauffällig, aber im Inneren sauber und auf aktuellem guten Niveau. Bäder schön renoviert. Eigene Parkplätze im Hof vorhanden. Das Hotel befindet sich in Stadtmitte (Einkaufsviertel), aber nicht in der hist. Altstadt (ca. 15 min zu Fuss). Der Service war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet für ital. Verhältnisse sehr gut. Man kann das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
