"Went to check in at the bar, was taken to the unmanned reception then forgotten about. Stayed on two occasions and happened both times. It seemed staff were more focussed on bar customers than staying ones. Staff got dinner booking times wrong twice and failed to inform me about the option for a larger cooked breakfast at Idle Rocks.
