Four renovated and expanded freshwater pools include one reserved exclusively for adults and another for children. Two connecting free-form swimming pools are located near the beach with swim-up-bar. The family and children's pool has pool slides and shallow wading areas. Another secluded hilltop pool with bar area and panoramic views is available.

The air-conditioned fitness center has strength-building and cardio equipment. The new full-service spa provides 7 treatment rooms and a hair salon offering an extensive menu of massages and beauty treatments.

A daily activity program gathers guests for activities such as beach walks, beach volleyball, and hair braiding. Children age 4 to 11 stay occupied throughout the day with the complimentary kids' club, with programs based on age and centered on both indoor and outdoor play areas. New sun beds/lounge chairs and umbrellas dot the fine black-coral sand beach. Four outdoor tennis courts are available. Self parking is complimentary. The tour desk on site offers tours to the rainforest, zipline adventures, waterfalls, scuba diving, historical sites and shopping, helicopter tours, the Piton Mountains and many other day trips.

The All-inclusive plan allows guests the use of kayaks, snorkeling gear, windsurfers, and sailboats. Water skiing, banana boat rides, and reef fishing are complimentary, as well as the kid's club and the use of the poolside parasols and beach towels. On land, guests can play tennis on lighted courts or enjoy golf at St. Lucia Golf & Country Club's 18-hole course 2.5 km (1.5 miles away). A range of workout classes and personal training are available in the fitness center.

In addition, jet skis can be rented on the beach. Instruction can be arranged on site for scuba diving lessons and dive excursions (surcharges) located nearby.
