"We needed handicap features for my husband in a wheelchair. The hotel wasn’t able to provide a shower chair that fit in the tub. We had to buy our own. There must’ve been a breakdown in communication regarding house keeping. While we hung the do not disturb sign on our door for the first 2 nights of our 7 night stay, Our room was never cleaned. We asked for towels and toilet paper, finally, as these were not automatically provided. The interior of the hotel was clean and nice, but the exterior needs attention. The breakfast and breakfast area was very nice. Each day the same food offerings were available, sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and a variety of cereals, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, and more. The staff we encountered all seemed friendly."
