As part of a week full of adventures, on our list was to stay at a hotel. We couldn't have chosen a better one! The staff were friendly helpful and out going. One of my greatest concerns was the check out time (sense I work nights im not a morning person) after checking in and the excitement from my 4yr old not going to bed, I went down and talked with the gentlemen whom very kindly moved our checkout time to the afternoon without adding any additional fee. The experience was great, the hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location! And we look forward to staying again next year!

Valet greeted us promptly and was clear about parking options. Checked in with no waiting. Disappointed the room had a view of the next door AC units. Room was clean and had modern decor. Very nice place to stay downtown.
Chase has everything you could want - 3 restaurants, beautifully appointed rooms, even their own movie theaters w/1st run movies for $5.00 on Wednesdays! Yes, the Chase has everything you could want.... except 24/7 access to a gym.
