"This was my first time to Croatia. I was traveling with friends I sail with. I picked this apartment dues to its proximity to old town SPLIT. It was a complete guess on my part. The apartment was a 3 minute downhill walk to the most spectacular downtown, waterfront town I have ever seen. The apartment was clean, net, and well kept and wonderfully remodeled. It was perfect for our short stay."

"This is a lovely one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to everything old town Split has to offer. Free street parking is available, but it is for everyone, meaning you may not always find a spot close by, you may have to park a few blocks away. The apartment is nicely furnished and comes with a great view of the harbor. We had a lovely stay and would come again."

Parking is free on the street but we never had trouble finding parking within a couple minute walk from the VRBO. Recommend Xenia studio apartment to those staying in Split!"

"Spacious, clean, modern, well-appointed room. Very nice. The lack of dedicated parking was a concern as we approached the building as there was no open spot nearby, but thankfully we found a spot one block away. It's an easy and quick walk to the Palace and old town and the various beaches. Lots of shops close by. "

"Great location less than 10-minute walk to the Palace, Green Market, and bus station, five minutes to Tommy market. Mate and Andrea were easy to communicate with and very cordial. Mate met us the apartment and showed us the area with a map of helpful shops and resources."

"Great place to stay in Split. Near Supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Area has a very “local” feel with prices for food and drink in the area being much cheaper than in the old town. Facilities were lovely with plenty of room for our stay. Communication with Sandra was excellent, she was there to meet us and very helpful with advice and tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. Would stay again in this lovely apartment."

"This is an apartment 3 in the back, overlooking a parking area. Free street parking is available. Very quiet. The apartment is small, a bedroom and dining room connected by a kitchen area. Nicely decorated, clean and nicely updated. A very restful stay. Close to downtown and Diocletian’s palace. Would recommend. "

"There was a mix up with this property. They don’t take Credit Cards, only cash. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating and made an exception. The unit was on the 4th and 5th floor, no elevator which is typical for this area. Nonetheless, it was a long hike with our luggage. There were several things in the unit that were either not working or needed repair. They took care of them quickly. I also found dust bunnies on the floor in the corners and some mildew in the shower. The floor plan...

"The location was perfect for me. Super close to the old city and walking distance to the ferry port. It is essentially a small studio apartment. The only draw back for me was having to carry my luggage up all the stairs. Not a big problem as I was travelling relatively light and only had to tote it up and down once."
