We’d already had a rough day trying to stay ahead of thunderstorms and tornado watches/warnings and as we had been on the road for a few days, needed to clean some clothes. We managed to get them washed but were having some issues with the dryer when one of the staff offered to dry them in their commercial dryer. After they were finished she brought them to us all neatly folded. "

"The hotel is immaculate! The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is pretty dim. We were in a handicap accessible room. The grab bars were well placed and helpful. However the shower head needs replacing. It is obvious the staff running the hotel are committed to excellence! The place is sparkling!"
