"Lovely cottage in a gorgeous part of the world. Perfect for 2 couples having a bathroom each was ideal ! Perfect for walking eating out at the many local pubs in the area. 2 within easy walking distance! Then enjoy a cosy evening in around the log burner. Will definitely hope to come back in the summer to appreciate the outside space. All information for property received in time for arrival with exact arrival instructions. Perfect weekend had by all !"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Woodpecker Cottage. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and 60th anniversary, there was plenty of room for all 13 family members inside the property and we enjoyed the outside space using all the facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms/bedding/towels all lovely and clean. We would recommend a stay at this property."

Location is central to a number of tourist attractions, Lytham, Pendle, Blackpool. Not far from the M6 so easily accessible."

"This property is located part way down a steep single lane farm track lane. Directions to the property were excellent and clear and the owner responded promptly to all my questions before our arrival. We were able to enjoy lovely views from the property ,and on the whole, the property met our expectations. We would stay here again ."

"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. That actually worked well for us as we had more room to put our stuff and relax. The staff were lovely at check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic for shopping, nights out and...
