"Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group."

Booking experience was not good, the address is not what is listed in ad, which ended up having the limo for my daughter’s wedding go to wrong place. Management doesn’t contact you with any details until the the day you checkin. They should at least acknowledge you immediately and let renters know they will send codes on check-in day. "It was a fantastic place overall. No concerns whatsoever. Great neighborhood. Good price. Only thing would be a sofa bed available but this is minor. I would gladly stay there again. It was such a great setting for a memorable time with my extended family."
