"Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. "We had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you. The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed. Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest."

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"The house is beautifully situated about 150 meters from a fantastic beach. Shop for daily bread and practical groceries close by and on the beach a great place for coffee, simple lunch or dinner. The house has a lot of space outside with different sitting areas, large swimming pool, good parking and spacious bbq area.
