  • Sea front in an ideal geographical context with a view over the entire Gulf of Cagliari, very quiet and peaceful, well-kept furnishings, equipped with bathroom, bed and kitchen linens. There are several stairs in the house. Once you go up the stairs the view is wonderful! Very close to wonderful beaches, ideal for families who love holidays dedicated to the sea and rest, close to renowned tourist resorts, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with a wonderful sea view. Inserted in a residence, close to restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, diving center, 'Diverland' water amusement park. There is a shared swimming pool in the residence with a wonderful view of the sea, available from May to October, from 9:00 to 24:00 in the morning
