"Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!"

"I stayed here last year when working at the Navarra circuit, which is 15 to 20 mins away. So I did the same again this year and had the benefit of a much larger room than last year with a desk to work at. The rooms are spacious, loads of power points and quiet. Comfy bed and clothes storage. Nice bathroom with excellent shower.
