"Fantastic guesthouse all your needs catered for. Excellent breakfast made with delicious fresh ingredients. Communication excellent, very easy checkin and out. We arrived on bikes so appreciated the bike locker."

"I was, of course, disappointed not to have en suite facilities but I booked late and knew the situation. My room was small but exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. The staff could not have been more accommodating and made me feel very comfortable."

"We can only comment on our room number 4. The room was very tired and we didn't like the carpets which were old patchy and sticky. Suggest changing them for wooden floors and rugs. The pull down bed was not that comfortable. The flow out of the shower was poor but water was hot.Everything listed in the room was there but would not say this was 4 star. However we enjoyed our stay."

"Look out for the architectural notes, clock, ceiling and the shower is exceptional. Great view of flowers in the garden, charming pub down the road and all the attractions within a short drive."
