Not only that historic house is greatly upgraded, but its location close to Seneca lake and animals farm makes it unique for vacation, or work out of the office. "We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. "What a wonderful stay as far as the condo comfort in every level, cleanliness, locations close by to dine and go to the theater. Couple blocks from Seneca Lake with a nice walkable park. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!"
