"Nice rooms, very few amenities, no coffee in the rooms, Outdoor pool was not open yet, but looked ready, (34 degrees outside. People sitting in the lawn, lounge chairs weee locked up , asked to pay 12 euros each to use the indoor pool!!!
Was once a nice hotel, a little dated and will nickel and dime you.

"Comfortable, modern studio apartments in the heart of the city. Well equipped kitchenette (2 burner stove top and microwave) and good size bathroom with excellent walk in shower. Lovely viiew to one of the city squares from rhe Juliette balcony (we were room 104). There is also a small shared rooftop terrace with seating. Excellent value for money.
Only thing to be aware of is that the free public car parking is 10 min walk away with quite a lot of stairs to navigate with your luggage."
"Great location in Segovia, breakfast has variety of choices. Would stay once again if we come back. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall pleasant stay."
"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning.
One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine."
