The Space:
Apartment 5, North Quay is a recently refurbished two-bedroom apartment with plenty of style.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining space is the social hub of the property and has a homely and welcoming feel.

LIVING AREA
The living area is comfortable and cosy. The seating in the living room is in the form of a grey sofa and a black velvet chair so you can relax after a long day of exploring the great outdoors. The flat screen TV is fitted with streaming services so you can keep up with your favourite shows. The space is decorated with an Aegean blue wall, framed coastal pictures, and plush fabric cushions.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is located at the rear of the space and is fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering break. Featuring cream, wooden kitchen cabinets and matching tiles, it is a modern and clean space. There is an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and coffee maker.

DINING AREA
The dining area comes in the form of a round wooden table and padded turquoise chairs. Whether you’re ordering in a takeaway or cooking up a storm in the kitchen, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals in comfort during your stay.

BEDROOM
You’ll enjoy your night’s sleep at Apartment 5, North Quay as the double master bedroom features a comfy mattress along with premium bedding and linens. There is a neutral colour scheme which is complimented with soft furnishings.

Head to the second bedroom and you’ll find two single beds making Apartment 5, North Quay particularly suitable for families with children and teenagers. The room is complete with hanging space and drawers.

BATHROOM
The modern and clean bathroom boasts a large shower, WC and wash basin.

North Quay Apartments are home to three separate apartments with a maximum capacity of 12. If you are looking for a stay for a large group there are often opportunities to rent all four apartments together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

The Neighborhood:
North Quay Apartments are located directly on Seaham's seafront which is part of County Durham's Heritage Coast. You'll have a number of cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep, along with the Marina and beach.

Seaham is a lively harbour town located on Durham’s Heritage Coast. You’ll be spoiled by brilliant views in the town, whether it be looking out to sea or admiring one of England’s oldest churches, St Mary’s.

The sea front is home to ‘Tommy’ the World War I statue, as well as the heritage and lifeboat centre where George Elmy is on display all year round. Continue wandering along the sea front and you’ll find a whole host of bars, cafes and restaurants.

The sandy North Beach is great for families as it has rock pools and an all-round inviting feel. With ice cream and souvenir stalls, fun is guaranteed in Seaham.

If walking is your thing, begin by enjoying the views of Seaham Harbour before embarking on a hike along the coastal footpath where the views are to die for.

For those into shopping, you can enjoy a day at The Metro Centre, Europe's largest indoor mall-style shopping centres, conveniently situated beside the A1 in Gateshead.

Getting Around:
North Quay Apartments are located close to everything Seaham has to offer. The beach is just a stone's throw from the property and can be reached in no time at all on foot.

Seaham train station is a short 15-minute walk from North Quay Apartments. With stops in Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Newcastle, you’ll be ideally placed to explore the North East.
