"Everything was excellent except for the bathroom in our room was dirty and the valet was a joke. Looked like a middle school boys used our bathroom before we got there. Valet was a joke when we tried to get our truck the next day, it took an hour to leave. Had to go back and forth on a location, had to pick my own keys out and whole process was a chaos and unorganized"

"We stayed here for one night due to my daughter was graduating and the convention center. The room was very clean and my mother enjoyed the bar. Only downfall was we didn’t have any info about restaurants around that would deliver after 10. Otherwise this was a enjoyable hotel to stay in and if ever In Savannah again will reserve again."

"Room was fine. Small for what we paid but it was clean. Staff checking in was rude, I’m glad we only stayed one night. I’ve never had attitude from staff like I did trying to check in. Checking out, the person at the counter didn’t speak to us."

"The room was clean, the staffs were nice, the breakfast were very good, on Monday & Wednesday are happy hour between 5:40 to 7. It was very good. However, the parking was a little expensive $32 per night & we stayed for 4 nights. Overall we will come back & stay because the location was awesome & we walked everywhere & no uber needed."

"I left behind 2 Purple pillows and a sonicare toothbrush. They were zero help in getting those back for me. There is zero accountability in the housekeeping department. Unreal! I have never experienced anything this pathetic in all of my years of travel. Do better!!"

"Great location! It was so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was perfect with the sleep sofa and pull out trundle which allowed my mom and son to have their own beds. The breakfast made mornings really easy and fast. Check-in was a little rough but after that everything was great. Also top marks to valet! They were quick and really nice. We had a spill on the way and the car was a little musty, they even took the time to spray some air freshener for us!"
