“Multiple concerns addressed”
A potential public health hazard was averted with a leaky toilet with a room change. Second room had a leaky shower (no bathtub!) which wrecked some belongings from wet carpet in bedroom! Yellin kids using elevator, andoverbooked restaurant on a Friday evening and a holiday caused frustration and a trip out. Room very small for three people and a pull out couch. Friendly and accommodating staff tried to make us happy at front desk but arrogant in restaurant. Nice touch with complimentary coffee bar for early risers in the lobby. Pay for parking is unnecessary expense of $12 a night. Stay again? Undoubtful - too bad!
“Decent place to stay”
Staff was great! and friendly!... including the parking staff! (indoor parking!) i would definately go there again!
“Great hotel - Highly Recommend!”
Had a great stay, all the staff were great and the room was very nice. Great location and easy to get to no matter where you are coming from.
“Will be back, definitely!”
I'm local, and have been to the pool for a birthday. I chose this hotel so my nephews from out of town and my daughter could have a Thanksgiving weekend. I called in at 1130 am for a possible early check-in, and was graciously accomodated. Very friendly staff and a great experience.
“Excellent value and service”
We stayed here September 30th 2011 when in town for a concert. Was pleasantly surprised to find underground parking available that we took advantage of. We managed to walk straight up to the reception desk without any lineup and the guy who served us could not have been more friendly or helpful. He informed us that there was some construction on the upper floors during work hours and, upon noticing that we were allocated to those floors, managed to get us a room on a floor lower down. The room we got (805) was a corner room with windows on two walls and great views over the river. The layout of the room was quirky but nice and comfortable. The bed was a Sleep Number bed (I had plenty of fun playing with this). We heard no noise from elevators, construction or neighbours. It was a great stay.
“Same as usual”
We usually stay at the Radisson when we visit Saskatoon because they are very accommodating to our two (large) dogs and this visit was pretty much par for the course. If I could change anything, it would have to be the Sleep Number beds- they are basically just a giant, overpriced air mattress and are not comfortable. Also, and this is not the hotels fault, but I wish there was a convenience store nearby- the store in the lobby is overpriced and frequently closed when the cashier is outside smoking.
“Predictable Quality”
I have always been pleased with the quality of service and hotel accommodations at the Raddisson.
“great hotel”
Great place to stay in Saskatoon. Close to everything!
“Great location to downtown and all the fun!”
The Hotel is great for events in Saskatoon. Has everything you need. Close to all the major restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
“Happy overall”
We stayed here with our two dogs last week. Overall we were very happy with the hotel. Only major complaint is with the sleep number bed. It's basically a fancy air mattress and its hard to get comfortable and sometimes deflates overnight. Besides that things were pretty good. The restaurant is pretty good and I would recommend it, especially when they have food or drink specials on.
