“One Night Stand!”
If you're traveling to visit tourist attractions this hotel is not for you! It is in the middle of no where and far from places like Sea World and Lego Land. Lucky I was there for business and the hotel was near my destination. I was only there one night and was was not impressed with the uncomfortable bed, lack of towels, broken restroom fixtures and the list goes on. The night of our stay it was raining pretty bad and there were buckets throughout the hallways catching leaks from the sun roof... this also meant soaking wet carpets! Since it was pouring rain out we had to eat in the hotel restaurant and although the food was decent I was shocked by my bill when I got it! Extremely overpriced!! Thankfully I was only there for one night and had a bed to sleep in but if I ever had to return to the area for business I would pick another hotel.
“Definitely stay here in San Diego”
Great hotel, clean and quiet with lovely hot spa. Recommend to anyone with a vehicle as it is in close proximity to most attractions and eating places. Next time, I would definitely rebook this hotel
“Loved It”
Clean, modern rooms, very friendly and helpful service; continental breakfast was plentiful, but nothing really special. Overall liked it a lot.
“Unsure”
I stayed here because it stated that it has a shuttle to the San Diego Chargers Stadium. However, the shuttle only takes you to a surrounding area...then you must take the light rail to the stadium. After the game, the line for the light rail is about 2 hours long. Luckily, the beds were very comfortable so it made up for the lack of the shuttle ride to the stadium. The front desk staff was not very knowlegeable on how to getto the stadium either
“USD SANE EVENT”
not bad hotel at all ... only if I knew initially that the hotels charge very pricy meals ....
“Good Clean Hotel With Pet Policy”
The hotel was very clean and well maintained and included free parking. The staff was very friendly upon check in, however after traveling twelve hours over two days, we were very disappointed that our hotel room was not ready at 3:00. Additionally, although the hotel has a pet policy, we were unaware that part of their policy requires somebody to be in the room with the dog at all times, and that the hotel can charge us for any surrounding guests who complain of any noise. Besides those two complaints, our hotel stay was positive and pleasant.
“kids trip to sea world”
We had a great time...
“4 Pt Sheraton San Diego”
Two Star Hotel in a business park, Gold course is a joke. Layout of the building is like being in a office building converted to a hotel. Highly disappointed...
“Stolen jewelry by cleaning staff”
I'll never stay at a Sheraton again. We left a diamond necklace by accident and when we called an hour after leaving the receptionist was extremely rude and the cleaning staff denied any knowledge of finding it. Unbelievable. Do not stay here!!
“Great getaway”
Friendly, informative and caring staff. A real value for the money. This is an upgrade with great ammenities and great room service as well as impressive facilities. Beds are comfortable and sleepable.. . We will be back.
