"Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. San Andres is probably one of the poorer islands in the Caribbean. Since it can't take cruise ships, it relies on Colombian tourists. I don't think there are a lot of expats...

"We have various incidents in this place, i wont recommended staying here. For example, the a/c didn't work , it took almost 4 days to resolve this issue. Secondly, the shower had no water pressure at all. The reception moved us to another apartment and it got worse, the bathroom sink was leaking and the entire bathroom got flooded, the a/c unit had this weird smell very unacceptable. I wont recommended staying here, management never took care of my issues poor communication."
