"We absolutely loved our stay, such gorgeous hotel and surroundings. The staff was so tentative and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent and the spa was lovely. Perfect relaxing weekend away in the countryside and we can’t wait to come back. "

"I left my computer charger plugged in the wall socket next to the bed, I called within 2hrs of checking out to notify the hotel that i had done this but even having had to called back the next day too they claimed (or their cleaning staff claimed) that they had not found it. I absolutely did leave it in the room, there was no way I was confused and did not. Very disappointed with the poor service of the hotel and I suspect dishonest nature of their cleaning staff."

"We booked the hotel because it was cheap, 2 mins walk from concert venue and for less than £50 you got breakfast as well. Nice welcome and explanation. Pub open untill 12am so some noise (as expected) Room clean. Nice little breakfast. Thanks"
