"Our suite was great, newly renovated. Our room was on the canal and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great location. There was a great bakery around the corner. Check in was a bit frustrating, as we were not sent any instructions prior, and there is no 24 hour front desk. Owners were very nice. I’d stay here again and recommend to others. "

"This apartment is right in the historic center of Rouen surrounded by historic sites and great restaurants. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished with huge windows that open to the plaza below. It has a gorgeous Italian shower and was so refreshing after a day of touring. The washing machine also was so helpful to have and the host and his son were so helpful in teaching us how to use it as it was very different than ours at home. The hosts were helpful and attentive."

"We spent four comfortable days in the lovely self-contained apartment above Carol and Philip’s home. The two bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of hangars in the closets, heating that we were able to adjust ourselves on a couple very cool nights, and views onto their beautiful garden. The shower room was separate from the WC, a great convenience, and the front sitting room had a TV, books to borrow, and lots of information flyers about Normandy. "When we arrived at the property address 30 Rue de Crosne there was no one to help us at the address. There was no receptionist. They were all private apartments. We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. A man in a neighbouring apartment tried to help us but without any success. We demand a full refund as we had to go and stay the night at the Ibis Budget hotel in Rouen. I will...

"It was not clean, cooking ware well used, bedroom difficult to access, awkward stairs to reach 4th floor and found the photos deceptive. The location was definitely the highlight and Julien was prompt enough "
