"I travel often, but this was my first time traveling to Europe and I booked through a third party. I looked at so many hotels and settled on this one. Im so grateful I did. The hotel helped me secure transportation to the hotel from the airport and transportation to the cruise port. Breakfast is unbelievable. The host and wait staff take the best care of you. The bonus rooftop restaurant was amazing! The room was immaculate. The hotel and service was amazing and I would stay here again."

Parts of the booking said all day front desk, another stated specific hours and then found a statement that we needed to contact them in advance. We got it sorted and it all worked out better than expected "

"Location is excellent— it is a few minutes walk from several tourist attractions and there is a bus stop and metro station at a minute’s walk. Several restaurants too. Room was big with large windows, everything was clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped and everything is a bit old, but again, clean. The staff was friendly and helpful."
