"The condo is spacious, with a full living room and dining room. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. It was clean and well situated for exploring the island. It is right across from the ferry and near restaurants. We were able to store our luggage in the office before check in so it wasn’t left in our car."

"We had an amazing time vacationing in Tortola! Karen was so thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. We spent most evenings at the house which was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing. Thanks so much Karen for all the great recommendations. "Very clean! Updated cozy little apartment with everything you need. The outside patio was better than photos. If there were any downsides it might be that we found we had to keep the doors closed to keep the moisture out. But of course this is the trade off for staying on the water! All in all a great stay (especially for a surfer because it was a 2 min walk to the best wave in Tortola!)"

"Good location, about 5 mins walk from Nanny Cay entrance, but takes about 12 minutes to walk to the beach. Good amenities including air con in bedrooms, plenty of towels, good shower. Host Nelle and her sister were very friendly, good communication and happy to help. A nice place to have a base in BVI spring regatta"

"The screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced It doesn’t work properly and allowed small bugs to get in. The door lock to the apartment was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Not much hot water for showering. We managed but had to wait between showers. We were able to manage ok and it was in our budget so considering we were only there to sleep, it was fine. If you’re expecting luxury you’re not getting it here but if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, it’s fine. We spent each day...

Checking in was super easy and the owners are really down to earth, nice people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We had a wonderful time here. "While planning a last minute getaway, We were lucky enough to find Villa Del Mar!! The owners were great to work with and the caretaker was always available to take care of any needs!!! A beautiful island built home with everything you could ask for (except a dishwasher) Amazing views from almost every room! Hope we get to visit again soon!!"
