The front desk service leaves much to be desired. We thought it was all inclusive, but it was "full board" . Only beer and wine at dinner included with the meals. Any drinks, and snacks not during the dedicated meal hours were extra. Wifi was only free if you stood at the front desk. You had to buy a card for 5 days for $400 pesos. We were told that was $20 USD. Gave them $20 bill and got less that 400 pesos, and they said their exchange rate was 15 pesos to the dollar not the 23.70 that the banks give. It cost $27 for Internet service. Towels for the beach cost $2 per person per day extra if you don't go for the extra $15 per day per person for the real all inclusive. There is no mini bar in the room as advertised. The room was fine, but the hot water and pressure was limited. The king bed was two beds pushed together, and hard as a rock. Food was ok, fresh fruit was my favorite. No Mexican food. The staff was great, beach was great, pools were not used often, as the water was really cold, even in he hot tub. The children's pool had music blaring all day from 11am-11pm and it was the only pool that served alcohol. Lots of activities to do with the staff coming around on the beach and inviting you to join. The hotel is Italian, and we were the only English speaking guests for most of our stay. If I knew all these things before I went it would have been ok, but I felt nickeled and domed during check in and it started things on the wrong foot. I'd go back, with alcohol & towels
