"When I arrived at the property, the clerk told me they were overbooked by Expedia and they had a room for us at a sister hotel next door. I spoke with the manager because I didn't want to stay there and had booked this room months in advance. The manager gave us a room and a coupon up eat at the amazing Beatrix restaurant that is attached to the hotel. Our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. My only complaint, which is not a complaint about the hotel, is that there was a lot of noise...

However, reached out via messenger prior to visit about how this was my bday and first time in Chicago-we had a 2nd flr room w/literally no view (back alley) and the sheets were so pilled up it was like sleeping on sand paper. Worst sleep ever in years. "
