"We enjoyed our stay at the Sands apartment. It was a nice area with lovely views looking out to north beach. We stayed in a duplex apartment on the ground floor and felt the bedrooms were a bit small and cramped. Not enough storage space eg. No chest of drawers in the main bedroom and only 10 hangers between two adults. We lived out our cases. The outside patio area and chairs were filthy and not cleaned for our arrival. "From entering to exiting the hotel, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and the whole place was clean, nicely decorated, warm and welcoming too! The rooms were spotless, beds were very comfy. We had breakfast in the restaurant, the food was fresh, warm and the selection was amazing, catered for everyone including gluten free. The staff at breakfast were prompt, ensuring items were topped up when required and addressing customers concerns if they were any. "
