“Not a good Citea hotel at all”

Not good and not good value, not great location, old and tired. I have stayed in Citea before and been very pleased. not this time.

“Excentré mais calme,transports en communs pas très proches mais choix de plusieurs lignes.”

L'hotel est très difficile à trouver avec les infos données à la reservation. Le personnel de l'hotel est très agréable et disponible. Dans la chambre: Poussière dans les coins et sous les portes. Dans la cuisine mise à diposition d'un torchon mais j'aurais apprécié de quoi faire la vaisselle: éponge, produits de lavage: coin cuisine laissé aussi propre à mon départ qu'à mon arrivée comme demandé. Compte tenu du prix par rapport au quartier le petit déjeuner pourrait être compris.

Area recommendations
Voyage pour la fête des lumières: il est nécessaire de faire un second séjour à une autre époque pour plus découvrir la ville et sa restaurtation. J'ai tout de même suivie une visite guidée du vieux Lyon, organisée par l'office du tourisme, et ai beaucoup apprécié cette prestation.

“Hotel Citea Lyon Mermoz”

La chambre au 4 ème était calme et pas coté rue, la vue est quelconque. La surface est correcte et bien agencée. En revanche , le chauffe eau qui se trouve dans le placard à coté du lit , n'est pas silencieux lorsqu'il chauffe. soit de 22h à minuit. Le cache du boitier électrique de celui ci était absent et les fils étaient à nu et accessibles !! Il manquait une serviette de douche. L'ensemble vaisselle et batterie de cuisine est bas de gamme. Il n'y a pas de produit vaisselle ni d'éponge. Situé à environ 400 m de l’arrêt Bachut du tram T2, il est facile d'accès. Il y a une supérette près de l'arrêt. Néanmoins , nous n'y reviendrons pas.
