Reservation incorrect at hotel. Additional fee of $50 charged as damage deposit. Additional fee required to get room as requested and paid for in reservation. Rooms are so crowded we had to wait for each other to walk from bed to bathroom or sink. No sink in bathroom. Breakfast selection was very good. I would never return here or recommend Expedia reservations!

I apologize for any confusion regarding your room and the additional fees.Your booking was made for a room with one bed, as specified in the per paid reservation. Upon your request we were able to change your room type to accommodate you. Additionally, our hotel has a 50 incidental hold policy, which is standard to cover potential charges. this hold is released shortly after departure if no extra charges were incurred. Thank you again

Really enjoyed my stay here. I come to Redding a few times a year, and will definitely stay here again. Clean, well-maintained spacious room. Comfortable bedding. Quiet.

I asked if we could change the date of our return stay and the Office person was happy oblige and waive the penalty fee. We were impressed how helpful she was. The breakfast is good.

I always bring my little Frenchie with me and there seemed to be plenty of "dog friendly" places for her to do her business. Convenient and clean room! Will definitely stay here again!!

We were here for Kool April Nites. Its was good other than cars revving engines at early hours in morning out in parking lot. Lots of parking, room floors did nit have carpet which was good. Full continental breakfast served from 6-9am which was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. We will come back to this hotel next time we're in the Redding area.

Spacious comfy room for our family of 6! We wished the pool was a little warmer tho. Definitely some questionable activity in the room next to us as people were coming and going, knocking on their door all hours of the night.

Loved my room.
I was super happy during my stay, I had a suite and absolutely took advantage of having the jacuzzi tub. This is my second time staying at this location and I would stay again.
