The staff person was very helpful and issued a refund for me. The room I reserved (handicapped) was not available, so I was issued an "upgraded" room meaning, TV, Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot. That room had none of those. She gave me another room and it had not been cleaned...bed unmade. I requested a refund and went elsewhere.

Never would have stayed here if we’d known how terrible the neighborhood was. Syringes in the grass surrounding the property, burn spots on the suite side tables. Did not feel safe. Really great staff though, which was a big plus

You get what you pay for. It's cheap. So the area wasn't great (saw someone dumpster diving as I was parking), I could hear noises outside in the morning, they only had a bar of soap (no shampoo), cleaning was just sufficient (no active piles of dirt but limescale on fixtures, etc), etc. The bed was comfy enough, though, and the wifi worked, so it did what I needed to, if not anything more than that.

Room smells cigarettes… I got really sick from that! Allergies! People room upstairs noises! I had to leave at 2 am had no other room to transfer! Messed my night! I could not find st this time another hotel to go! And!!! I had to sleep in my car! It was not pleasant!

The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful, I made the mistake of taking a smoking room, other than that it was exactly what I needed. A nice break from my travel to sleep and recharge, at only 67 dollars. Really affordable, super convenient.

Everything was great but the bed, it was very noisy, I was afraid to move, didn’t want to wake up my hubby. Mattress/bed should be replaced once they have been used for 3 years or more

Quiet & Clean
Typical mid grade Motel 6. It was clean and the staff was very friendly & helpful. I changed my plans and arrived about 1/2 hour before check in time. She said that was fine, I could check in and she found me a room where I could park my motorcycle in front of my room in a quiet and safe place.

Needed an inexpensive room for the 20 year olds to stay after a concert. They said the beds were not the best and a smoke alarm with a dying battery chirped all night. Better than having them drive all night but probably wouldn’t choose again.
