I like that the employees are courteous, the check in was prompt and they kept the rooms cleaned daily. What we didn't like? Since I'm military, there should be a coffee pots in the rooms and still should have continental breakfast.The beds were soft, needed replacement, very uncomfortable with your back, specially we're in the older groups, it was noisy, you can hear people talking from outside, the smoke was coming into our room. There should be a designated smoking areas, to give respect to others who are trying to quit smoking or who have quit smoking. But in the end, we'll will keep using motel 6 because they all don't have the same rating.

What I like is the check in. It was fast and the motel attendant was courteous and the price wasn't terrible. I would stay in motel 6 again. What I didn't like was, since I stayed for 5 days was, there was no breakfast , no coffee in the room, the other tenants would smoke outside my door and I was smelling what they were smoking in my room, people were loud outside and noisy while they were in the rooms. The beds in my room were soft and hurting my back when I get up in the morning. My wife was complaining because her back was hurting too in the morning. But overall, the room was clean, the employees were courteous and stay was alright. Will I choose to stay in motel 6 again? My answer is, yes, if course! Thank you for this survey,

The shower unit is brand new and clean, withgood hot water, but claustrophobic for a big guy. However the shower will accommodate someone over 6 feet without bending. One of the better Motel 6's I've used.

Pet friendly rooms & conveniently located property is very important to me, as well as the price per night. Very much appreciate posted policy and enforcement that sex trafficking will be reported & prosecuted !

Cons.. Despite there being a no smoking sign on the door my room smelled like an old ash tray. The floor was filthy. There were hairs on the shower floor. I kept my sandals on walking around and in the shower. My clothes absorbed the terrible smell of the room. Pros.. staff was friendly. The sheets and towels looked clean enough. Would never stay here again though.

The blankets were very thin maybe they thought by adding 3 sheets it would be warmer. Yes there was a heater if it work only blew cold air and it was set at 85 degrees. The water never got hot.

Motel clerk had an attitude, rude, frowny face, showed pretty bad customer service. It started when my son and I walked in to get a room we had reserved for two nights. My son just moved to another address he was in process of changing address on his ID. This clerk attitude changed he acted like my son was a criminal. He was only going to have him stay just for one night. Pretty BAD HOSPITALITY. I didn’t like how this clerk acted so rudely plus on top of that he was training another person, pretty bad example of a trainer to teach a person good customer service. I’ve been in customer service never treat a sorry to customer so poorly like this gentleman did. Sorry to make this story long . We left we did not stay there we went to La Quinta Inn they had a smile on there face and accepted my son’s ID even though his address was different we stayed two nights as we had planned. Thank you La Quinta Inn for showing excellent HOSPITALITY!!!! By the way Motel 6 charged us both $89.99 took it out of our bank accounts for not staying there.

Its really comfortable and clean. My o ly complaints are about a night time employee who decided to charge me $50 for my Boyfriend to come by for 10 minutes after work. I am aware of a extra fee for extra individuals just not $50 for my partner to visit long enough to smoke a cigarette and leave because of the employee coming outside and staring us both down. I am kinda surprised by the professionalism.

It is what it is, a Motel 6, you get what you pay for. Having said that, it really wasn't all that cheap. The room was poor, not very clean and had a leaking toilet.

Check in dude was low in charisma and cheerfulness. After a long drive, a smile and a hello is nicer than someone looking like checking you in is like taking out the trash. I have had my car robbed in Redding before ... they have lots of signs saying they are not responsible for stolen valuables. I know that's normal, but doesn't feel great. Looked like they did have a security camera, which the loser Red Lion Inn did not when my bikes got ripped off.

Came over 11:00pm. booked through expedia. Got a room which is the best deal around. Wish i was here earlier to eat at Matzalans before they closed. Glad i ddint spend more for a room for laying my head to sleep.

Cleaner and better maintained than other Motel 6 properties where I’ve stayed. One unusual and somewhat irritating quirk: they required presentation of state ID for every guest. I suppose that’s some kind of security measure, but I had to leave the registration desk, return to the car to get my family members’ IDs, then walk back to the desk.
