"Staff was so friendly and went to find any way they could to make the stay the best. Rooms are clean and simple, cozy. Lunch was awesome! I didn't have breakfast but I bet it would have been great too!"

"Staff is perfect. The food was good just the same thing every meal. Sometimes cold. I wanted to add a guest and was charged a lot more than I thought. The Montego bay resort guest are not allowed on the palace beach. Reminded me of Jim Crow it wasn't a good feeling when I was told I to leave the beach. Other than than everything else was good. Staff is excellent. Night life was good. Just wanted more reggae music vibes. But I enjoyed the music that was. I give this place a thumbs up."

"My stay was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The room was not as clean as I expected, and there were old drink bottles left in the refrigerator when we arrived. The staff was not very welcoming, and customer service could have been better. I was also looking forward to a nice beach view *paying extra for balcony due to hving a good view* , but the view from my room was limited and not what I expected. The location was convenient, but overall, the cleanliness, service, and room experience did not meet my expectations. We’ll most definitely be booking a different resort next time."

"My husband and I went there for my birthday, I never liked the fact that my husband and I were told on the same time we checked in that all the restaurants were unavailable for reservations for the three nights we were spending or one of us would have to go for dinner at six thirty pm and the other at seven pm because there was only seating for 1, which didn’t make sense However we were venting and a staff heard us and we explained the situation and she told us that she would help and she never failed us. Thanks again Ms Owiesha All the staffs we made contact with throughout our stay were very pleasant."

"We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this property. The hotel itself is in condition, and the staff were consistently wonderful and helpful throughout our visit. My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund"

"Pros: Beautiful grounds: The resort layout is clean. Pristine beach: The beach is wonderful and free of seaweed. Great activities: The pools, lazy river, and daily app-tracked activities are excellent. Fast check-in: The midday arrival process was quick. Cons: Outdated rooms: Accommodations need remodeling, showing cleanliness issues like stray hairs and cockroaches. Subpar dining: The buffet is repetitive and lukewarm, while à la carte restaurants have long waits and low quality. Restrictive drinks: Premium spirits and light beers cost extra at the bars, and pool cocktails are poorly made. Inconsistent service: Good service and friendliness require heavy daily tipping. Aggressive sales: Staff aggressively push daily timeshare presentations."
