"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"Stayed here two nights with my daughter in a comfort twin room. Very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and hotel. Very friendly reception staff. Some noise from busy road outside but did not affect the sleep at all. Very convenient for Gare Du Nord which was handy as able to leave cases in a secure room on day of departure which allowed some morr sightseeing before evening Eurostar back to UK. "

They don’t clean everyday, so eventually the apartment gets dirty if you’re staying for a few days. We asked for housekeeping several times for them to eventually send someone, and they only changed the bedsheets, not even cleaned the room. Staff were friendly and helpful overall. "

"It was part of a package so we didnt actually pick it. For the value, it was fine. Yes, it has a/c but you can not control it. We tried to sleep with window open most nights but traffic noice was loud at times. If youre looking for more local feel, this is good. If you want the tourist hustle, maybe not here. Staff was very friendly."
