If you looking for the hotel outside Paris, well I must say this has to be on your list. It is excellent. clean comfortable, and good friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights after our trip to disneyland. This was the hotel I chose to stay outside Paris, and I was not dissapointed. Finding it was very easy, though the car sat nav did not home down on street level, but once found it was brilliant. The room, was just right and the shower did wash away the tiredness and a good nights sleep was had. Paris was about 20 mins away, with a good route into the centre. All in all 5tars!! Oh and the supermarket opposite was well suited!!

My experience in this hotel has been disappointing. On arrival, the receptionist told me the internet wasn't working. It actually never worked in the room although on Expedia, it was advertised the hotel had internet in the room. It's not true, it only works in the hall and for business travellers not having the internet is simply disastrous.
One day, in the morning the electricity in the room went off, but, at least, the receptionist was very kind and resolved the issue immediately. The day after, however, there was not hot water and I had a cold shower (lovely in November).
The experience in their restaurant was extremely disappointing too and some of the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant couldn't speak English.
Finally, we ordered some taxis through the hotel and, in addition to being often late, they charged us about 20 Euros every day for a 5 minute trip.

The hotel is new and not quite finished in places, like no working phones in the room. The door locks on the rooms are very hard to operate; having a 3rd hand would be helpful. The staff was very accommodating and the room was large and comfortable. This will probably be a very good place in about 3 months, when they get the kinks out. They could also use a sign in front to identify themselves.
As with the the other Campanile family hotel I stayed in (Campanile Dreux), The room size and makeup were the same and the breakfast buffet was equal. This hotel was in a more cosmopolitan area of France though and there was a bit more to walk around and see.
Let's set the record straight: if you travel to HEC this is the best hotel ever. If you travel to Paris forget about it, you will waiste your time in traffic while getting to the city. If you park the car in front of the hotel the staff is not responsible for it but it is free. The hotel itself is modern and nice, and I cannot complain about anything but price.

I can't compliment the staff enough on their friendliness and professionalism when arriving at the hotel. The room itself was basic but very clean. The beds were a bit firm for my taste, but again sheets were very clean. I thought the meals at the hotel were of a good standard, however would like to see lighter snacks offered on a night-time if you didn't feel like a heavy meal. Internet is offered for free, which isn't the case at some hotels. The hotel is very handy for the palace of Versailles. Regular bus services are just outside the hotel (439) and run approximately every 15-20 minutes. It takes you to the bus terminus which is then only a 10 min walk to the palace. The hotel itself is approx 20 minutes from the main train station at Saint Quentin by bus, or 10 mins by taxi. Overall a very nice stay.

Our stay in Novotel was fantastic, on arrival the staff were very welcoming and had good customer service, it is a very nice place for families to visit as there were many things that the children could do, for example swimming or playing golf, it was also in a quiet, and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but only 30 minutes to drive there.
