"Property was clean and spacious. Great location. Three restaurants within walking distance were excellent. Great pool. Best snorkeling spot on island within walking distance. Recommend having a car. Few minor things to improve property- new umbrellas, kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, seasonings, more towels. Definitely would stay here again."

"We had a great week visiting the Turks and Caicos island and overall enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villas. We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. "Daniel (Hotel staff) was the absolute best! He is very helpful and made our trip to TCI a pleasure. This hotel is in walking distance to some dining options which include, Mr. Grouper, Open Flame, and Froggies. I was able to dine at Froggies(twice) and Mr. Grouper. Both, were very tasty. There are no dining options onsite (only a vending machine). However, the rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for."
