From the time I entered the hotel the staff was wonderful, the hotel and my room were very clean and very comfortable and the hotel was very easy access to the highway. The breakfast was a pretty standard continental breakfast but was very fresh. They had regular and decaf coffee 24/7 and even offered pastries in the evenings. They were generous enough to pick me up from the airport the night before I checked out and take me to the airport earlier than their shuttle generally starts. If ever I am in Rhode Island again I will definitely stay here!

As always our stay was very comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. As always breakfast was very good. Enjoy leaving a note along with a tip for turn down service and seeing what the reply from housekeeping will be. Everyone is so nice. No complaints.
Arrived in early afternoon with cargo trailer. Generous parking. Free WIFI. Room was comfortable. Poorly placed bathroom lighting for use of mirrors. There were three wedding receptions, and we were told that we may hear the music, but that it would stop at 11:00 pm. The music in the large outdoor tent stopped promptly at 11:00 pm.
After a quick check-out we were briefly detained by a staff member who said "Your check-out didn't go through." When we returned to the desk, we were told they stopped the wrong people.
