Great property in a fantastic location with terrific facilities. Experience somewhat ruined by very arrogant and passive aggressive breakfast service which left me feeling awkward and irritated. And I’ve been told the same by other guests. If I go back to Porto I wouldn’t stay here purely for that reason.
