“Convenient with hard beds and pillows”
Easy location, but the beds aren't very comfy.
“Days Inn”
Great Experience! Very Courteous helpful staff, great area and good continental breakfast.
“Frequent Patron”
This has not been our first stay at the Days Inn in Clackamas. We choose this hotel simply for one reason: LOCATION! The room are simple and clean, but could be cleaner. My husband and children enjoy the breakfast. I am only able to eat the fruit as I have dietary restrictions, luckily I'm not a breakfast person. This hotel is starting to look its age, and its noticable that some maintence has been done cheaply and maybe incorrect. This was our last time staying at the Days Inn.
“not impressed”
bad maintance, door has to check does not close
“As expected for the Price”
Great Price, easy to find off the I-5 and helped us bypass portland during rush hour, but super old hotel with rundown rooms, but was a place to crash with decently comfortable beds for the price.
“Everything we needed”
Room is very small but has all that isneeded -- queen bed, table, 1 chair, TV (which we did not use at all), nicely appointed bathroom. And the pool was lovely.
“Good hotel for the price”
Good location, esay access from highway, shopping closeby, restaurant close by.
“Sufficient”
Bed is comfortable, internet is fast. This has everything I could ask for in a hotel. It is a little confusing to get to, just remember to turn on Stevens Street.
“Needs Updating”
We are budget travelers, and typically stay in chain hotels, so we don't have high-end tastes. But even we found this hotel disappointing. This Days Inn is showing it's age, and desperately needs updating. To begin with, it's hard to find the entrance - it's hidden behind a strip mall. Odd. The hallway outside our room was very dark - a bit disconcerting safety-wise. The size of the room was OK, but the bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. One bedside lamp was broken and hanging crookedly. Window didn't have two layers of curtains, so either you had the blackout curtains closed, or your room was totally exposed - I would have liked to have some sheers so I could have light and privacy. Room was dark - could have used more/brighter lighting. Small bathroom was difficult for two people to be in at the same time. TV reception was not great. Worst was that although this was a non-smoking room, you could tell it had been a smoking room in the past, as the smell was still there. Very thin carpet over a bumpy floor - very odd and uncomfortable. The trash can outside the side entrance door was overflowing and stayed that way for 2 of our 3 nights there. Spa was out of order, and the pool just looked gross - very cloudy and greenish. We just really got the sense no one really cared about this hotel anymore. Since we were using the room just as a place to sleep, and we were out all day during the day, it was OK, but I wouldn't stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it.
“Good value”
Liked the pool, but hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast cut off exactly at 9 during the week. Generally very comfortable and a good value for the money.
