She gave all the information needed and was very helpful all the way through. As the hotel is in the old town, in a prime location, the space is of premium and the room was tight. "Fabulous property, adjacent to the Jesuit Steps. Our Room 7 looked out at the Jesuit Church and the Steps. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with loads of hot water and high pressure shower. Our room immaculate, beds very comfortable, also has fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Air con and heating fully adjustable if needed. Windows open fully. Excellent communication. On September 22, 2023, which was our first night, the front desk clerk, for which we can’t remember her name, was exceptional and went out of her way to help us.
