"I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) "

"The location was excellent, loads of history, the development of the site and apartment are to a high standard and there are plenty of good restaurants. Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location."

Could be more convenient and also it’s not well signposted however lady in office very helpful in person and told me about car parking near the property . Location okay . Walk into Plymouth . Was at top of flats so quite a few stairs to go up and down . Bedrooms lovely . Comfortable beds . Bathroom had shower and hot water . Some soap and shampoo and hairdryer . The kitchen / dining / lounge area clean but basic...

"Millendrath Beach, the bar and the cafe are a great combination and you don't feel the need to leave the bay. The room was neat, modern and tidy, but some finishing details are needed. Someone has used cling wrap to wrap the balcony fence for some reason. and I had to unclog the shower myself before my kids flooded the shower and the unit."

"This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"
