"This property was a surprise excellent find for our overnight stay in Greenville South Carolina. It was in a quiet location about 1 block from everything. Check in was a breeze when booked via Expedia app. Room was large with a queen bed, recliner, kitchenette, large TV and a stocked bathroom. I understand there are long term rentals in the hotel but it was very quiet and seems very secure."

"At check in I was asked for a card to charge me $50. They mentioned $3 a day fee and incidentals. They couldn't clearly explain this. I paid it. Upon check out I was nicely told by someone else that this $50 would be refunded once check out was complete. It was back in my account that afternoon. However, the $3 a day equaling $9 was then charged to my card. I just would appreciate all fees charged up front at time of payment instead of a surprise at the check in desk."

Issue with others being a bit loud in the room above, manager moved me to the other side and everything was great, much quieter (they were younger, not unruly or aggressive, more likely just clueless about the concept of being considerate of others).
